Specifics:
Starting Pay - $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on credentials and previous work experience
BCBS Health Insurance, we have an option that is $0.00 for the employee
401k, we match 50% up to 6% of income
Quarterly Bonus Program - All Harbinger employees are eligible, regardless of role, after 6 months on the team as long as the team hits its targets. This program has paid out 9 quarters in a row!
